Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Mobifoni Technology (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use BUMKO (the “Game”). We aim to collect only the information needed to understand how the Game is used, improve gameplay, diagnose technical issues, and make better product decisions.
1. Information We Collect
BUMKO currently uses Unity Analytics. Depending on your device, location, consent status, and Unity’s SDK behavior, the following categories of data may be processed:
- Gameplay and app activity: level starts, level completions, level failures, manual level restarts, tutorial completion, number of shots used, level duration, remaining targets, bumper interactions, and hazard interactions.
- Device and installation identifiers: identifiers used by Unity Analytics to distinguish an app installation or device.
- Approximate location: coarse location that may be derived by Unity from network information. BUMKO does not request precise GPS location.
- App information and diagnostics: app version, device/platform information, diagnostic information, and performance-related data that Unity may process as part of the Analytics service.
- Session information: information such as session start/end activity and other standard analytics events generated by the Unity Analytics SDK.
We do not currently ask you to create an account or provide your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, payment card details, photos, messages, or precise location in order to play BUMKO.
2. Why We Use This Information
We use analytics information to:
- understand how players progress through levels;
- identify levels where players may get stuck or quit;
- measure retries, failures, and successful clears;
- understand how gameplay features such as bumpers and hazards are used;
- improve level design, difficulty, controls, and game balance;
- diagnose technical or performance issues; and
- evaluate and improve the overall player experience.
3. Analytics Consent and Your Choice
Where required by applicable law, BUMKO asks for permission before enabling analytics collection. If you decline analytics collection, you can still play the Game; declining analytics does not remove core gameplay functionality.
Consent status is managed through Unity’s current consent framework. Where available in the Game, you may change your analytics choice through the privacy controls we provide.
4. Third-Party Service Provider
BUMKO currently uses Unity Analytics, provided by Unity Technologies. Unity processes analytics data on our behalf as part of the Unity Gaming Services platform.

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Analytics data may be processed by Unity as our service provider for the purposes described in this Policy. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
6. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained in accordance with our configuration and Unity Analytics’ retention practices. Unity currently states that raw Analytics event data may be retained for up to 13 months, while certain metric or profile data may remain until deletion is requested or initiated.
We may retain aggregated or anonymized information for product analysis where it can no longer reasonably identify a player.
7. Data Deletion and Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, deletion of, or other action regarding personal data associated with your use of BUMKO, subject to applicable law and our ability to identify the relevant installation or data.
Unity Analytics provides a data-deletion mechanism that can be used to request deletion of Analytics data associated with a player installation. Where appropriate, we will use available Unity tools to process valid deletion requests.

8. Children’s Privacy
BUMKO does not intentionally request a child’s name, email address, phone number, precise location, or similar direct-contact information for gameplay. Where applicable law requires parental consent before analytics data can be collected from a child, analytics should not be enabled without the required consent.
If you believe that personal data relating to a child has been collected in a way that is inconsistent with applicable law, please contact us at support@mobifoni.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. International Data Processing
Unity and its service infrastructure may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal data.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled through BUMKO. Data transmitted to Unity Analytics is transmitted using encrypted connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Advertising, Purchases, Login, and Notifications
The current version of BUMKO does not use third-party advertising SDKs, social-login services, push-notification services, or in-app purchase processing.
If BUMKO later adds advertising, purchases, push notifications, authentication, or other services that change our data practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and the relevant app-store disclosures before or when those features become available.
12. Legal Basis
Depending on your jurisdiction, we may process information based on your consent, our legitimate interests in improving and securing the Game, compliance with legal obligations, or another lawful basis permitted by applicable law. Where consent is legally required, analytics collection will be subject to that consent.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when BUMKO changes, when we add or remove third-party services, or when legal or regulatory requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
